Who we are

RegumWeb is a web engineering studio based in Estonia. For data collected through this website, RegumWeb is the data controller. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@regumweb.com.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store the details you provide: your name, email address, optional company name, project details, and your message. To protect the form against abuse we also record your IP address and browser user agent with the submission.

We use a cookie to remember your language preference. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We process inquiry data to respond to your message and to take steps toward a possible engagement at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and abuse-protection data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Article 6(1)(f)). We never sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows, and are periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Email us and we will act on the request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in the website database and are accessible only to authorised RegumWeb administrators. The hosting provider processes the data only to operate the service, and current processor details are available on request. Inquiry notifications are delivered to the company email account.
